Who We Are PDF Print E-mail

who we are, cvafFounded in 2005, the Central Valley Afterschool Foundation (CVAF) supports high-quality afterschool programs through training, communications, funding partnerships, and public policy initiatives benefiting nearly 40,000 children and youth in a six-county region.

We are passionate about the development of children and youth. We are committed to providing opportunities to kids who need them. We are working on behalf of those who do not have safe and healthy places to go afterschool.

The Central Valley Afterschool Foundation is a program of Central Valley Children’s Partnership (CVCP), a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of children and youth in the Central Valley. CVCP was developed by CVAF to provide the 501(c)3 infrastructure for projects serving youth and youth organizations in central California. CVCP and CVAF serve the counties of Fresno, Kings, Madera, Mariposa, Merced, and Tulare.
