This training focuses on Section 4 of the QSA tool and is meant to be presented to after school staff members who have determined that “Section 4: Alignment and Linkages to the School Day,” of the QSA is an area they want to collectively focus on based on their self-assessment. The training focuses on activities that cater to students’ different learning styles, on tools to help align academic learning to heavily tested content standards and on effective systems to stay in sync with the regular day.

Not Another Meeting!  Effective Tools In Meeting Facilitation

Learn a variety of ways to make meetings much more engaging and interactive for not just the facilitator but for the participants. Learn how to use tools such as agenda setting, groundings, meeting roles and responsibilities and participant structured engagement so that every member of the meeting is just as responsible for making the time together productive and successful.
